Job Role: Wedding Planning Assistant

Location: Bangalore

WHAT YOU WILL GET TO DO?

We are looking out for young energetic individuals to join our Client Servicing/Wedding Planning Team

  • Meet prospective clients to discuss our offerings and get details on their plans & budget.

  • Discuss wedding details, venue options, functions, entertainment, catering, decoration preferences, etc

  • Schedule client meet to scout wedding venues as well as meet with vendors, such as florists, photographers, caterers, designers , choreographers, etc

  • Be hands on the list for wedding supplies and equipment for the wedding venue on time.

  • Ensure that clients' requests and finer details are attended to before and during the wedding.

  • Monitor all wedding-day activities to ensure a smooth execution.

WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE?

You need to be on top of your game in understanding what our clients want, be creative in your suggestions and push the limits to deliver a smile and praise from the client. We're for the dreamers, doers and hustlers who constantly push themselves to do better.

  • Proven wedding or event planning experience.

  • Proficient with usage of Excel Sheets, Presentations.

  • Knack of finding details of different religions and religious functions.

  • Strong networking and negotiating skills.

  • Excellent problem-solving, organisational, and time management skills.

  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills.

  • Detail-oriented, methodical, and creative.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400, ₹1,000,000.00 per year
