Human Resource Manager

Responsibilities:
Knowledge of company act and labour law related work.
Recruit right talent at right time as
per manpower planning.
Helps in preparing HR budgets and
manpower planning.
Coordinates performance appraisal
system for entire organization. Review of KRA for all employees in
consultation with respective HoD and management.
Grievance management for better
coordination and healthy environment
Executes various employee engagement
and motivational activities.
Provides feedback to management
regarding grape wines and under currents to protect from any sudden break
downs.
Provide various MIS data to management
for strategic decision.
Ensuring healthy work culture in the organization.
Issuing various letters and
certificates to employee like appointment letter / offer letter / increment
& promotion letter / address proofs etc. to prove his employment &
performance with the company.
Manage the employee life cycle in
proper order (Allocation and replacement of uniform / ID / Email / Mobile /
desk / system etc.)
Manage joining & exit formalities.
Keep a track of daily attendance of
the employee and monitor any deviation in it.
Proper maintenance of the employees
records and documents, in system and manually and ensure that all their
information remains confidential.
Maintaining all records pertaining to
legal and statutory compliance under his purview and ensure in time payment
for all such compliances.
Liaison with govt. authorities and
satisfactory responses to their inquiries.
Manage and process the remuneration
aspects of the employees which includes their compensation, perks,
incentives, benefits, issuing pay slips etc.
Follow the disciplinary action process
in case of any violation of rules or in case of unacceptable behavior in
consultation with management.
Facilitate the employees of the organization
to achieve their goals and targets by providing administrative support in
terms of travel, accommodation etc.
Procurement of stationary and other
consumables for office use.
Process and monitor bills of utilities
of the office like telephone, mobile, electricity etc.
Ensure proper housekeeping, security
& safety of the office premises.
Ensure uninterrupted services of all
utilities for employees in office. In case of break down need to coordinate
with the respective AMC contractor / Vendor.
Identify and sign the AMC contract /
agreement with various vendors for all office utilities and office
consumables like stationary, fixture and furniture, communication devices
etc.
Housekeeping Team management
Requisite Skills:
Knowledge of
Administration and HR operations is must.
Knowledge of legal laws
and statutory compliance is required.
Knowledge of
Organisational development will be added advantage.
Desired Skills:

written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal
skills.
Self-starter and excellent
team player.
Extrovert and pleasing
personality.
Easily accessible &
approachable. Should have strong local network.
Education:
M.B.A. or equivalent in
the field of Human Resources. Degree in law will be added advantage
Minimum 3 years of
experience in any manufacturing company is must.
Experience in engineering
setup will be added advantage.
Working knowledge of
computers and modern communication devices
