Job Summary-

We are seeking a skilled and motivated
Network Engineer
with hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, and maintaining
Cisco ACI
(Application Centric Infrastructure) solutions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing and deploying data center networks, with a focus on Cisco ACI technologies to enhance the scalability, flexibility, and efficiency of our network

infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities-

• ACI Deployment & Configuration:
  Lead the end-to-end implementation of Cisco ACI solutions, including the installation, configuration, and optimization of ACI fabric, APIC (Application Policy Infrastructure Controller), and related components.
• Network Design & Architecture:
  Work closely with cross-functional teams to design network architectures that align with business needs, ensuring scalability, security, and performance using ACI principles.
• Troubleshooting & Optimization:
  Perform ongoing maintenance and troubleshooting of ACI environments to ensure high availability and optimized network performance.
• ACI Policy Management:
  Develop and manage policies within the Cisco ACI fabric for network segmentation, security, and application-level service chaining.
• Collaboration & Support:
  Collaborate with other network and systems engineers to integrate ACI solutions into existing infrastructure, providing Tier 2/3 support as needed.
• Experience in end-to-end network architecture design aligned with organizational requirements.
• Documentation & Reporting:
  Create and maintain detailed documentation for all ACI configurations, network designs, policies, and procedures. Provide regular reports to management on system health and performance.
• Capacity Planning:
  Assist in capacity planning and management, ensuring the ACI environment scales as required to meet growing business needs.
• Training & Development:
  Stay updated on Cisco ACI advancements, participating in continuous learning opportunities and providing internal training on ACI technologies to the team.

Required Skills & Observation-

• Experience:
  Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in network engineering, with at least 2 years focused on deploying and managing Cisco ACI solutions.
• Certifications:
  Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) or equivalent certifications. Cisco ACI-related certifications (e.g., Cisco ACI Specialist) are highly preferred.
• Technical Expertise:
  Hands-on experience with Cisco ACI and related technologies (e.g., APIC, ACI fabric, FEX, and Nexus switches)
• Strong understanding of networking concepts (Layer 2/3, IP routing, VPN, VLANs, multicast, etc.).
• Familiarity with automation and orchestration tools (e.g., Ansible, Python) to streamline ACI deployments.
• Experience with SDN (Software-Defined Networking) and data center architecture.
• Knowledge of security best practices, especially in a multi-tenant, highly scalable ACI environment.
• Problem Solving:
  Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve network-related issues promptly.
• Collaboration:
  Ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams and interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Communication:
  Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts clearly.

Preferred Qualification-

• Experience with network automation and configuration management.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and hybrid cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure).
• Experience in deploying and managing network monitoring tools.
• Familiarity with other Cisco technologies like Nexus 9000 series switches, Cisco UCS, etc.
