Pay: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Sales Executive (MBA Fresher / 0–2 years of experience) who is passionate about the automotive industry and eager to build a career in Automotive Wrapping, Paint Protection Film (PPF), and Ceramic Coating services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building customer relationships, and promoting our premium automotive enhancement services to individual car owners, dealerships, and auto enthusiasts.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with potential and existing clients, including car owners and dealers.
Product Knowledge: Gain in-depth knowledge of automotive wrapping, PPF, and ceramic coating services to confidently explain features, advantages, and benefits to customers.
Customer Consultation: Understand customer needs, suggest suitable service packages, and guide them through the selection process.
Sales Process: Manage the entire sales cycle – from lead generation to deal closure – ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Pricing & Negotiation: Prepare quotes, negotiate terms, and finalize agreements with clients.
Documentation & Follow-up: Maintain proper sales records, service agreements, and client communications using CRM tools.
Sales Targets: Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales goals.
Marketing & Events: Support marketing initiatives, campaigns, and promotional events to increase brand visibility.
Customer Support: Ensure smooth coordination between clients and the operations team for timely project completion and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications & Skills:
MBA in Marketing / Sales / Business Administration or equivalent (preferred).
0–2 years of experience in sales, preferably in automotive or related sectors.
Strong communication and negotiation skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu.
Good understanding of customer service and sales principles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM tools.
Passion for cars and awareness of automotive trends is an added advantage.
