Key Responsibilities:

Website Operations & Maintenance

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the corporate website and microsites.
  • Ensure website content is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for website updates and enhancements.

Content Management

  • Upload, format, and publish content using CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Adobe Experience Manager).
  • Collaborate with content creators, designers, and developers to ensure timely publishing.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Monitor website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar.
  • Generate regular reports on traffic, engagement, and conversion metrics.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for optimization based on data analysis.

SEO & UX Optimization

  • Implement SEO best practices to improve search engine rankings.
  • Conduct UX audits and recommend improvements to enhance user experience.

Project Management

  • Lead or support web-related projects including redesigns, migrations, and new feature rollouts.
  • Manage timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in website management or digital marketing.
  • Proficiency in CMS platforms (e.g., AEM Cloud would be highly appreciated).
  • Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript.
  • Experience with web analytics tools and SEO strategies.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with accessibility standards (WCAG).
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).
  • Basic graphic design skills using tools like Adobe Photoshop or Canva.
