Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Junior MIS Executive to support our data management, reporting, and operational analysis functions. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Excel/Google Sheets, capable of handling large datasets, and eager to contribute to data-driven decision-making within the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, clean, and organise data from various internal and external sources.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports using Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools.
  • Maintain and update dashboards to track key performance indicators and business metrics.
  • Create automated report formats and templates to improve efficiency.
  • Use advanced formulas, pivot tables, and macros to streamline data processing.
  • Assist in executing process improvements to enhance data accuracy and workflow efficiency.
  • Update and manage databases with correct, verified, and current information.
  • Ensure proper handling, confidentiality, and security of all company data.
  • Provide data-based insights and recommendations to management for decision-making.
  • Coordinate with different departments to understand and fulfil their MIS requirements.
  • Troubleshoot basic data-related issues and provide operational support.
  • Maintain proper documentation, records, and standard operating procedures for MIS activities.
  • Ensure all MIS tasks align with the company's data management and compliance policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • 0–2 years of experience in MIS, data analysis, or a related role.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and Google Sheets.
  • Knowledge of App Script or AppSheet will be an added advantage.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to handle large data sets and derive meaningful insights.
  • Good communication skills and effective coordination across departments.
  • Attention to detail, accuracy, and a strong sense of responsibility.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
