Job Summary:

We are looking for a MIS Executive to manage data, develop reports, automate processes, and provide insights to support business operations. The ideal candidate should have 0-2 years of experience in MIS, be proficient in Advanced Excel, Macros and BI tools (Power BI, etc.), and have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs):

  1. Advanced Data Management & Reporting

  2. Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources to generate actionable insights.

  3. Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports using Excel, or Google sheets, Power BI,

  4. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security in all reporting processes.

  5. Process Automation & Optimization (JavaScript & App Script)

  6. Develop automated dashboards, reports, and templates for improved efficiency.

  7. Use Power Query, VBA, and App Script to streamline data processing.
  8. Identify process improvement opportunities and implement automation to reduce manual efforts. (JavaScript & App Script)
  9. Develop custom automation scripts using Google App Script for Google Sheets & G Suite applications.
  10. Use JavaScript to create web-based tools and automate workflows.

  11. Optimize existing Excel VBA macros and migrate them to Google Sheets automation.

  12. Database Management & System Optimization

  13. Manage and optimize databases to support business intelligence and decision-making.

  14. Maintain and update MIS tools for seamless data flow.
  15. Ensure data governance and security compliance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related fields.
  • 0-2 years of experience in MIS, data analytics, or business intelligence.
  • Proficiency in Excel (Advanced), Power BI, and Google Sheets.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Google App Script, and SQL.
  • Experience with automation tools (VBA, App Script, Power Query, etc.).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data visualization skills..
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
