Internship Details 

Type: Full-Time, In-Office Internship

Location: Gandhinagar, Gujarat.

Duration: 3 or 6 Months

Stipend Range: ₹7,000 to ₹10,000 per month

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve HR policies, employee handbook, and processes aligned with the organization.

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process (job postings, interviews, offers, onboarding).

  • Design feedback frameworks and employee engagement programs.

  • Handle leave management while ensuring compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, Shops & Establishments, Gratuity, etc.)

  • Work closely with the Founder to support management and compliance.

  • Manage company events along with logistics and travel arrangements.

  • Handle filling out forms, applications, and statutory documentation for events and permits.

  • Work with leadership to build a positive, inclusive, and growth-oriented work environment.

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree (HR, Business Administration, or related).
  • Strong understanding of Indian employee related laws and HR compliance.
  • Ability to set up HR systems and processes independently.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace; HRMS exposure is an advantage.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic startup environment
