Preferred candidate profile

shall be responsible for ensuring timely vendor payments, overseeing invoicing and billing, overseeing budgets and working in co-ordination with various Govt. Authorities as well as key departments of the organization.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Supervising the process of vendor payments (which includes invoice receipt, verification, feeding, filing, following-up and tallying) at the central level for managing vendors

Ensuring the establishment and implementation of internal control systems for the maintenance of accounts and records as required under different statutes and regulations, especially the Companies Act and other Secretarial procedures

Implementing internal controls and checks for payment mechanism

Making vendor payment reconciliation

Verifying compliance with financial statutory norms, internal processes, procedures

Reporting risk issues to the Director

Monitoring the status of bills under review/ dispute pending beyond the stipulated timeline

Ensuring compliance with all accounting and reporting requirements, prescribed by relevant regulatory bodies, at all levels of operation

GST , (GST R1, GSTR3B, GSTR9)& TDS reconciliation and return filing.

Ability to apply for PAN, TAN no and GST Registration

Advanced Knowledge of Tally & Book keeping , Knowledge of TDS reconciliation in Tally software is a must.

Proficient in handling the unique financial aspects of Sale Purchase, Credit Note Debit Note including revenue recognition, inventory valuation, and sales tax compliance.

Expertise in preparing comprehensive financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

Proven ability to analyse financial data and provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.

Skilled in cost analysis, budgeting, and variance analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve overall financial performance. Strong analytical skills to interpret financial data, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations for business improvement.

Education Qualification:

CA Dropout (Intermediate/Final Level)/ MBA in Finance with a strong interest in accounting and compliance.

5+ years experience in CA firm

Strong knowledge of accounting standards, GST, income tax, and TDS.

Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally, CRM & Digital Platform activities.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Role & responsibilities
