We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual financial analyses to identify trends and variances.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and collections.
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
  • Perform reconciliations of bank statements and other accounts.
  • Support audits by providing necessary documentation and information.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and forecasting.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Accountant or in a similar financial role.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35, ₹60,000.00 per month
