Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement data migration strategies using Syniti tools (DSP, ADM, Collect, Construct, etc.).
  • Analyze legacy data and map it to target ERP systems.
  • Develop and execute ETL processes for data extraction, transformation, and loading.
  • Create and maintain data load programs and migration templates.
  • Perform data profiling, validation, and reconciliation to ensure data quality.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to resolve data issues.
  • Document migration processes and maintain compliance with data governance standards.
  • Mentor junior consultants and contribute to knowledge sharing.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 4–7 years of experience in data migration or ETL projects.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Syniti Data Migration tools.
  • Proficiency in SQL, stored procedures, and database management.
  • Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in global teams.
