Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Advocate specializing in real estate and sales matters to provide legal guidance, draft agreements, and support the sales team in all property-related transactions. The ideal candidate will ensure legal compliance, mitigate risks, and facilitate smooth property deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal advice and consultation on real estate transactions and sales agreements.
  • Draft, review, and vet property sale/purchase agreements, lease agreements, and related documents.
  • Represent the company in property-related legal matters, disputes, or litigation.
  • Coordinate with clients, developers, and government authorities regarding property compliance.
  • Conduct due diligence for property transactions to ensure legal compliance.
  • Support the sales team with legal guidance to close deals efficiently.
  • Stay updated on relevant property laws, regulations, and amendments.
  • Assist in resolving disputes, title issues, or contractual disagreements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Degree in Law (LLB) with experience in real estate law.
  • Proven experience as an Advocate handling real estate and sales matters.
  • Strong knowledge of property laws, contracts, and legal procedures.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Analytical and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines efficiently.
