About the Role:
**Responsibilities**:
1) Scrutiny of land records and preparing legal opinion on the land title documents of various projects

2) Maintaining Legal documents of all the projects

3) Drafting of various deeds via Sale agreement, Sale deeds, General power of Attorney, Construction agreements, Notices, and any other documents relating to the land or projects.

4) Assisting and communicating with the external panel advocates.

5) Attending court whenever required, updating the legal stages and maintaining the trackers regularly and briefing the management.

6) Solving legal queries of customers and co-ordinate with the customers advocate in the process of legal clearance.

7) Co-ordinate with bank panel advocates in the scrutiny for the purpose of projects approvals of all the projects

8) Attending sub register offices for the purpose of registration

9) Follow the moral and work ethics

10) Provide legal guidance and expertise regarding land-related matters, including property disputes, land acquisition, and title transfers.

11) General requirements

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Law; additional specialization in Property Law preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in revenue land records scrutiny, preferably in Bangalore or Karnataka.
- In-depth knowledge of land laws, property rights, and revenue records in the region.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex legal documents.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Strong command over English and Kannada languages.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
