Roles and Responsibilities:
As a junior advocate in a real estate company, your role would involve providing legal support and assistance to the team.

Key responsibilities might include drafting and reviewing property-related documents, conducting title searches and due diligence, advising on compliance with real estate laws and regulations, and assisting in litigation matters related to property disputes.

You'd also work closely with other departments, like sales and marketing, to ensure legal compliance. Some other tasks you might perform as a junior advocate in a real estate company include:

- Conducting research on property laws, regulations, and court decisions - Preparing and reviewing contracts, agreements, and other legal documents
- Assisting in negotiations and dispute resolution - Maintaining and updating records of property transactions and litigation
- Collaborating with external counsel and other stakeholders as needed You might also be expected to stay up-to-date on changes in real estate laws and regulations, and to provide training and guidance to other team members on legal matters. In terms of skills, you'll likely need strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Familiarity with real estate laws and regulations, as well as experience with document review and drafting, would also be beneficial.

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
