**Job Overview**:
The **Advocate Executive - Real Estate** will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and potential investors in the real estate sector. This role will focus on advocating for clients’ needs, providing exceptional customer experiences, and helping to elevate the company’s reputation in the market. The Advocate Executive will also lead efforts to foster client loyalty, drive repeat business, and attract new prospects through positive advocacy and word-of-mouth.

- Educate clients about the real estate process, providing valuable information that helps them make informed decisions about buying, selling, or renting properties.
- Ensure clear, consistent, and transparent communication with clients throughout their journey, helping to build trust and foster long-term relationship.

**Key Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Experience**:

- 1-3 years of experience in client relations, sales, or customer experience within the real estate industry.
- Proven track record of managing client relationships, resolving complex issues, and driving customer satisfaction.
- Knowledge of the local real estate market, property laws, and trends is highly desirable.
- **Education**:

- A Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Real Estate License, Customer Relationship Management courses) are a plus.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of CRM tools and real estate software to track client information and interactions.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple client portfolios effectively.
- Strong negotiation skills and understanding of real estate transactions.
