Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Engineer with 1 to 1.5 years of experience to join our technology team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of software applications through effective testing, defect identification, and process improvement. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with developers and product teams, analyze technical requirements, and contribute to delivering high-performing and user-friendly software solutions.

Job Responsibility & Requirements:

• Educational Qualification: Recent graduate in B.Tech CE/ B.Tech IT/ BCA/ MCA / M.Tech and Related fields
• Experience: 1–1.5 years in software QA/testing (preferred).
• Conduct manual and functional testing for web and mobile applications.
• Create and execute test plans, test cases, and test scenarios based on requirements.
• Perform regression, integration, smoke, and usability testing.
• Validate APIs, databases, and front-end components for complete functionality.
• Identify, log, and track bugs using tools like Jira or Trello.
• Collaborate with developers and product teams for effective test coverage.
• Participate in requirement discussions, sprint planning, and QA reviews.
• Analyze issues, find root causes, and suggest process improvements.
• Have a clear understanding of SDLC and STLC concepts.
• Basic knowledge of programming or scripting (MERN Stack, Java, PHP, or Python preferred).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with testing tools like Postman and basic SQL knowledge.
• Execute test automation scripts (if applicable) and assist in automation efforts.
• Ensure software meets functional and non-functional requirements.
• Track testing progress and provide timely updates on QA status.
• Maintain comprehensive QA documentation including test reports and logs.
• Stay updated with new testing methodologies, tools, and technologies.
• Support continuous improvement of QA processes and standards.
• Strong analytical, logical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong team player with a positive and growth-oriented attitude.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Salary Offered :

• CTC will be 2.4 to 3.6 LPA (Based on Interview and Work performance)
• Probation Period of 6 Months.
