**Job Title: QA Tester**
**Location: Surat, Gujarat**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, execute, and maintain test cases, scripts, plans, and procedures (manual and automated) to ensure high-quality software products.
- Identify, document, and track defects, as well as work closely with the development team to resolve them.
- Analyze test results, provide feedback on product quality, and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and provide testing support throughout the development cycle.
- Ensure that testing is completed on time, and escalate issues as needed.
- Stay updated on emerging QA trends, tools, and methodologies.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience required for 2-3 years as QA Tester in IT company.
- Proven experience as a QA Tester or similar role.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies.
- Experience with testing tools such as Selenium, JIRA, TestRail, or similar platforms.
- Proficiency in both manual and automated testing.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with a team.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Knowledge of SQL and scripting.
- Experience with performance and security testing.

**Location**: Surat, Gujarat - Onsite
**Employment Type**: Full-Time
**Salary**: 15000 to 30000 (Fixed)
