**Requisites**:

- Bachelor's degree in **Computer Science, IT, or related field**.
- **3 years of hands-on experience** in Manual Testing.
- Strong knowledge of **SDLC, STLC, and defect life cycle**.
- Experience with **test management and defect tracking tools** (e.g., JIRA, TestLink, Zephyr).
- Familiarity with **API testing (Postman)** is an added advantage.
- Excellent **analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills**.
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a **fast-paced environment**.

**Good to Have**:

- Basic understanding of **SQL queries** for data validation.
- Exposure to **Agile/Scrum methodology**.
- Knowledge of automation tools (e.g., Selenium) is a plus.

**Responsibilities**:

- Understand project requirements and prepare detailed **test plans, test cases, and test data**.
- Execute **functional, regression, integration, system, and user acceptance testing (UAT)**.
- Identify, document, and track bugs using tools like **JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar**.
- Work closely with developers, business analysts, and product teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Validate bug fixes and perform re-testing of resolved issues.
- Participate in **review meetings** and contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes.
- Maintain proper documentation of test results and ensure test traceability.
- Provide input on test estimation, planning, and risk assessment.
