Job Title: Telecaller – Noida Sector 2

Location: Noida, Sector 2

Job Type: Full-Time (On-site)

Working Days: 6 days a week

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Salary Range: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month (Based on experience)

About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our dynamic team in Noida, Sector 2. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to engage potential customers over the phone. You will be responsible for making outbound calls, explaining products/services, and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain our services/products.
  • Handle inbound inquiries professionally and convert them into potential leads.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and update the CRM database.
  • Follow up on leads and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve daily and monthly call/target goals set by the management.

Requirements:

  • Qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate.
  • Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers can also apply).
  • Excellent verbal communication in Hindi or English.
  • Basic computer knowledge and good typing speed.
  • Positive attitude and ability to work under pressure.
