Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Team Lead with a minimum of 5 years of managerial experience in a CA firm to lead our retainership services division. The role requires excellent leadership skills, in-depth knowledge of accounting, taxation, and compliance, and the ability to manage a team of 5–7 professionals handling GST, Income Tax, Bookkeeping, and related advisory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise a team handling GST returns, GST compliance, Income Tax compliance, Accounting, and Bookkeeping (Tally & Busy).
  • Review and monitor work allocation, deadlines, and accuracy of deliverables.
  • Provide guidance and advisory to clients on day-to-day accounting and tax issues.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws and timely filing of returns.
  • Train and mentor team members to enhance technical and professional skills.
  • Act as the point of contact for client escalations and ensure smooth client servicing.
  • Work closely with management to improve processes and client satisfaction.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial role at a CA firm.
  • Strong knowledge of GST, Income Tax, Accounting Standards, and Business Compliance.
  • Proficiency in Tally, Busy, and MS Excel.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and meet strict deadlines.
  • We work with a diverse portfolio of clients across industries, with turnovers ranging from 1 Cr to 30 Cr.

  • Job Type: Full-time (Work from Office)
  • Location: Karkardooma, Delhi
  • Timings: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM, Monday to Saturday
  • Facilities: All basic amenities available at office
