Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Sales & Marketing Manager with strong communication skills and 2–3 years of experience in sales. The role is primarily field-based, where you will meet potential clients, explain our product, and generate business. If you also have digital marketing knowledge, it will be considered a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Meet clients in Indore and explain services.
  • Generate new business and maintain relationships with existing clients.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Represent professionally during field visits and meetings.
  • Support in basic marketing activities, both offline and online (if required).
  • Report regularly on sales progress and targets.

Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of sales/marketing experience (field sales preferred).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and confident in client interactions.
  • Based in Indore (willingness to travel locally).
  • Knowledge of digital marketing is an added advantage.

Compensation:

  • Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on experience)
  • Performance-based incentives
