We are seeking a seasoned and self-motivated Senior DevOps Engineer with a strong foundation in Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) and hands-on experience in multi-cloud Kubernetes environments such as Amazon EKS, Google GKE, and Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform (OCP). The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in private cluster deployments, Traefik ingress controllers, and modern DevOps practices across diverse cloud ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities:

Architect, deploy, and manage private AKS clusters for internal and external workloads, with the flexibility to work across EKS, GKE, and OCP as needed.

Configure and maintain Traefik (or similar) ingress controllers, including TLS termination, routing rules, and OIDC-based authentication.

Create robust Kubernetes manifests for Deployments, Services, Ingress, ConfigMaps, and Secrets, ensuring portability across cloud environments.

Containerize applications using Docker, manage images in Azure Container Registry (ACR) and other cloud-native registries (e.g., ECR, GCR).

Design and manage end-to-end CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, with exposure to multi-cloud pipeline tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, ArgoCD, etc. preferred).

Maintain high standards of security, scalability, and high availability across cloud-native infrastructure.

Implement monitoring and alerting solutions using tools like Azure Monitor, Prometheus, Grafana, and cloud-native observability stacks.

Collaborate across development, QA, and security teams to enforce DevSecOps best practices and governance.

Conduct postmortems, perform root cause analysis, and drive resolution of production incidents in distributed cloud environments.

Required Skills:

Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in DevOps/Site Reliability Engineering roles.

Proven expertise with AKS and familiarity with private cluster networking, VNET integrations, and private DNS.

Working knowledge of Amazon EKS, Google GKE, and OpenShift in managed cloud environments is highly preferred.

In-depth experience with Traefik, NGINX, or other ingress controllers.

Strong understanding of Kubernetes components: Deployments, StatefulSets, Services, Ingress, RBAC, Volumes, etc.

Proficiency in Docker for containerizing and debugging distributed applications.

Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps Pipelines, including YAML-based workflows.

Exposure to Terraform, ARM templates, or similar IaC tools is a plus.

Experience in configuring logging and monitoring pipelines in cloud-native environments.

Strong scripting ability in Bash, PowerShell, or Python.

Familiarity with Azure Application Gateway, NSGs, and cloud network security constructs.
