Education

  • BE/B.Tech or Diploma in
    Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation / Mechatronics / Mechanical / Automation Engineering
    .
  • Additional certifications in
    PLC, SCADA, Robotics, IIoT, Drives, or Industrial Automation
    preferred.

2.
Technical Skills

  • Hands-on expertise in
    PLC programming
    (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Mitsubishi, Schneider, Omron, Delta, ABB, GE-Fanuc, Beckhoff, CoDeSys).
  • Experience with
    SCADA systems
    (WinCC, FactoryTalk, Vijeo, iQ-Works, Sysmac, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of
    HMI design & configuration
    .
  • Proficiency in
    VFDs, Servo Systems, Motion Control, IIoT, and Robotics
    (teach pendant, job creation, safety, maintenance).
  • Exposure to
    DCS and Smart Factory/Industry 4.0 applications
    is a plus.

3.
Experience

  • Minimum
    3–5 years of industrial field experience
    in automation projects, maintenance, commissioning, or system integration.
  • Prior
    teaching/training/mentorship
    experience is highly desirable.
  • Should have worked on
    real factory hardware and software
    used in global industries.

4.
Soft Skills

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to explain complex concepts in simple, practical ways.
  • Patience, mentoring mindset, and ability to handle diverse learners (students, working professionals).
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting ability.

5.
Other Requirements

  • Willingness to train in both
    offline (lab-based)
    and
    online/hybrid
    modes.
  • ISO & TÜV certification knowledge is an advantage.
  • Should be updated with
    latest Industry 4.0 and automation trends
    .
