Responsibilities

  • Handling inbound and outbound calls:This includes answering customer calls, making outbound calls for follow-ups, and addressing customer queries, complaints, and requests.
  • Providing customer support:Offering assistance with product information, troubleshooting technical issues, and guiding customers through processes.
  • Resolving customer issues:Identifying the root cause of problems, offering solutions, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate channels when needed.
  • Documenting interactions:Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions, updating information in databases, and ensuring accuracy in documentation.
  • Meeting performance targets:Achieving individual and team goals related to customer satisfaction, call resolution time, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Maintaining quality standards:Adhering to company policies, procedures, and quality guidelines to ensure a consistent and positive customer experience.
  • Collaborating with team members:Working with colleagues to share knowledge, resolve complex issues, and contribute to a positive work environment.

Essential Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills:Proficiency in spoken English is crucial, including clear pronunciation, active listening, and the ability to convey information effectively.
  • Customer service orientation:A genuine desire to help customers and provide excellent service is essential.
  • Problem-solving skills:The ability to analyze situations, identify solutions, and resolve customer issues efficiently.
