Job Title: Sales PromoterJob Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and persuasive Sales Promoter to promote and sell products directly to customers at retail outlets, events, or promotional setups. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and the ability to drive product awareness and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively approach customers to promote products and explain features and benefits.
  • Demonstrate product usage and provide samples or trials where applicable.
  • Persuade customers to make purchases through engaging presentations.
  • Maintain product displays and ensure promotional materials are visible and attractive.
  • Monitor inventory levels and report stock requirements.
  • Collect customer feedback and report insights to the sales or marketing team.
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Participate in promotional events, roadshows, and campaigns.
  • Build strong relationships with store staff and customers to enhance brand visibility.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in sales, promotions, or customer service preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Energetic, confident, and persuasive personality.
  • Ability to work independently and handle customer objections.
  • Basic understanding of the product category (e.g., electronics, cosmetics, FMCG).
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Working Conditions:

  • On-site at retail stores, malls, or event venues.
  • Standing for long periods.
  • May involve travel between locations.

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary

Contract length: 2 months

Pay: ₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
