Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and skilled Motion Graphics Animator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and animating visually compelling motion graphics for a variety of media, including promotional/store/product launch videos, social media content, and multimedia presentations. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio of work, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for storytelling through motion.

Key Responsibilities: -

  • Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and execute motion graphics that align with project goals and brand identity.
  • Design and animate 2D/3D graphics, visual effects, and typography for digital campaigns and advertisements.
  • Edit raw video footage and enhance it with motion design elements.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Should ensure deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest motion design trends, techniques, and tools to bring innovative ideas to projects.
  • Optimize animations for different platforms, ensuring compatibility across various devices and media channels.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Motion Graphics, Animation, Multimedia Design, or related field (or equivalent work experience).

Experience:

Proven experience as an Animator of at least 2 years of experience with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.

Skills:

  • Animation software's: Proficiency in motion graphics and animation software such as Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D, Blender, Photoshop or similar tools.
  • Video editing tools and software's: Solid understanding of video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
  • Design Acumen: Strong artistic and design skills, including colour theory, composition, and typography.
  • Communication Skills: Clear ability to convey and articulate your concepts and thoughts to your peers and the clients.
  • Knowledge of 3D modelling, rendering, Ai exploration, and CGI-based ai tools (a plus or should be open to exploring).
  • Familiarity with scripting and expressions within animation software, and CGI is advantageous.
  • Time management & Proactiveness: Knowing how to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adhering to deadlines.

  • Adaptable and able to handle feedback constructively.
  • Familiarity or interest with branding, artificial intelligence and marketing concepts.
