Objective of the role:The Graphic and Motion Designer is responsible for creating and delivering motion graphics for various media. This includes working with art and creative teams to select audio, video, colors, animation, etc. for graphic design. The individual will also be responsible for editing video footage and adding effects/elements to enhance motion graphics.

Responsibilities:Create and deliver motion graphics for various media, including websites, video, and social media. Effectively develop, design and execute all necessary assets needed to support VMock's marketing efforts across digital, print, merchandising, and any other assets as per marketing plans. Create infographics and visual elements like logos and illustrations to produce visually appealing designs.

Collaborate with fellow designers to develop new approaches for creating more-expressive graphics for the company. Manage multiple projects based on client requirements and within design specifications. Establish creative direction for the company within brand guidelines.

Edit video footage and add effects/elements to enhance motion graphics. Advise best practices and optimizations throughout design projects. Skills & Qualifications:Qualification: Bachelor's or Master's degree from top-tier institiute.2 years of experience of motion designing, graphic designing, 2D animations and videos.

Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite CC (Photoshop / Illustrator / After Effects/ Premiere pro). Expert in Email marketing, social media posts, creating marketing banners and posters etc. Solid understanding of typography, color presence, print layout, layouts, graphic fundamentals and marketing material.

Knowledge of any prototyping software e.g. Figma app, XD would be an added advantage. Familiarity with HTML and CSS.An observant eye for visual composition with good presentation skills. Creative Thinking- Ability to transform creative ideas into practical reality.

Can look at existing situations and problems and come up with creative solutions. Ability to understand and execute design projects efficiently.
