This Opportunity is with UNM foundation, CSR arm of Torrent group;

  • Develop detailed civil engineering plans and technical specifications.
  • Oversee project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure timely delivery.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to assess quality and compliance with standards.
  • Collaborate effectively with architects, contractors, and fellow engineers.
  • Draft, review, and finalize technical reports, proposals, and related documentation.
  • Support procurement activities associated with project execution.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior engineers and technical staff.
  • Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and environmental regulations.
  • Liaise with government authorities, local bodies, and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ), cost estimates, and verify contractor bills.

Preferred:

With a minimum of 5 years of experience in independently managing projects and leading teams comprising contractors, laborers, and other site personnel.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering or related field (Masters preferred).
  • Proficiency in engineering software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D).

Work Location: Lakes under the maintenance project (field-based role with regular site visits).
