We are looking for a solid candidate for a Technical Architect/ Tech Lead role(CONTRACTUAL).

8 hours per day (Flexible schedule)

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Technical Architect / Tech Lead to design scalable architecture, guide engineering decisions, and actively participate in building web and mobile applications. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the technology roadmap and mentoring the development team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement scalable, high-performance architecture for web and mobile applications.
  • Guide and mentor the engineering team on design patterns, best practices, and technology choices.
  • Oversee full-stack development, ensuring seamless integration across frontend, backend, and mobile.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and deliver robust solutions.
  • Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Participate hands-on in development as needed, setting technical direction by example.
  • Ensure smooth deployment, monitoring, and maintenance through modern DevOps practices.

Technical Skills & Expertise:

  • React, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS
  • React Native for cross-platform mobile development
  • NestJS
  • GraphQL APIs
  • MongoDB
  • Azure cloud services
  • Docker containerization
  • CI/CD pipelines

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in software engineering with at least 3 years in an architecture or tech lead role.
  • Proven track record in designing and delivering scalable full-stack solutions.
  • Strong hands-on skills in the listed technologies.
  • Experience in leading teams and driving complex projects to success.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with microservices architecture.
  • Knowledge of additional cloud platforms - Azure
  • Prior experience in start-up or fast-paced product environments.
