Job Description We are hiring for a Tech client in Delhi for Technical Lead in Salesforce (CRM) those who have experience in CPQ and LWC, code Generation and requirement Gathering and currently supports products from SAP, ServiceNow, IBM and Salesforce. Technical lead Salesforce Practice (CRM) location: New Delhi / Noida Experience: 10-12 years in technical delivery with SFDC suite of products The technical lead position calls for dynamic technical individuals who will be part of the salesforce team. The candidate will help the sales team by developing and driving technical consulting, lead the technical delivery teams during the engagement for delivering value promised to our clients. the person should have good salesforce CRM background with focus on recent technology advancements, and product development. responsibilities will be responsible for developing industry products/platforms grounds up using SaaS and ai collaborate in creating AI / Gen Ai accelerator for SFDC implementation that automates repetitive activities of software/ SaaS implementation lifecycle e.g. requirement gathering, user story creation, code generation, quality assurance, deployment strong proficiency in setting up and delivering products/ platforms experience/knowledge required technical skills 10-12 years of experience in developing, architecting and implementing CRM based technologies Experienced in architecting, delivering and supporting salesforce-based systems: salesforce sales cloud, salesforce service cloud, salesforce CPQ, salesforce experience cloud, salesforce data cloud Expertise in LWC. Technical leadership and architecting, ownership of delivery Personal skills and capabilities Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical partners and to listen to identified concerns and adapt accordingly Ability to influence across multiple functions (technical and non-technical) Ability to work well under pressure and tight deadlines To quickly build up a working knowledge of applications by working with others and reading up on new apps/technologies A continuous desire and willingness to learn and develop your current knowledge and skillset Flexible in approach, adapting plans and strategies to help manage risks around ambiguity Problem solver with a strong intuition for business and well-versed in current technological trends and business concepts If interested and the role aligns, please share your updated resume at [Confidential Information] Thank You
