Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bhopal for a User Experience Designer. The User Experience Designer will be responsible for developing and improving the overall user experience of our platform. Daily tasks include conducting user research, applying design thinking principles, creating prototypes, and focusing on visual design. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement user-centred designs that enhance usability and user satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Design Thinking and User Research
  • Proficiency in User Experience (UX) and Visual Design
  • Skill in creating detailed Prototyping
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
  • Experience in the waste management sector is a plus
