Senior Recruiter Executive

Position Overview
The Senior Recruiter will play a critical role in driving end-to-end recruitment for 4Ps India hiring with a strong focus on mass hiring, executive hiring, employer branding, and campus relationship management. This role will be responsible for building strong talent pipelines, enhancing the employer's market visibility, and collaborating with educational institutions to support long-term talent acquisition strategies.

Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

Manage full-cycle recruitment for mid-to-senior level positions and large-scale hiring drives.

Develop strategies for mass hiring (frontline, operational roles) and executive hiring (leadership, specialized roles).

Source candidates through job portals, social platforms, internal databases, employee referrals, and innovative sourcing techniques.

Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure a strong cultural and competency fit.

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create clear role specifications.

Conduct salary benchmarking and participate in offer negotiations, ensuring internal parity.

1. 4Ps India Hiring Focus

Align recruitment strategies with organizational focus on People, Product, Process, and Profit.

Contribute to strengthening the talent pool required to support growth across India operations.

Ensure hiring practices support strategic workforce planning and service excellence goals.

1. Employer Branding

Drive employer branding initiatives to position the organization as an employer of choice.

Create content for social media, job advertisements, recruitment events, and internal communications.

Partner with the marketing team (if applicable) to amplify recruitment campaigns.

Represent the brand during external events, job fairs, and campus drives.

1. Campus Hiring & Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with colleges, universities, and training institutes.

Plan and execute campus recruitment programs, internship drives, and collaboration initiatives.

Conduct pre-placement talks, recruitment workshops, and student engagement activities.

Develop long-term partnerships with academic institutions to support ongoing talent needs.

1. Recruitment Analytics & Reporting

Track recruitment metrics including TAT, cost per hire, and source effectiveness.

Maintain accurate recruitment databases and prepare regular dashboards for leadership.

Identify process gaps and recommend improvements for recruitment efficiency.

1. Compliance & Process Excellence

Ensure adherence to recruitment policies, guidelines, and local labor law requirements.

Maintain high standards of candidate experience and employer reputation.

Support the creation and optimization of recruitment SOPs and best practices.

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA/PGDM preferred).

4–7 years of experience in recruitment, with strong exposure to mass hiring and executive hiring.

Experience managing campus recruitment and employer branding initiatives is highly desirable.

Knowledge of the FnB or service industry is an advantage (optional).

Familiarity with ATS platforms, HR tools, and modern sourcing techniques.

Strong English proficiency for professional communication
