Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Experience: Typically requires 3+ years of progressive accounting experience.
- Technical Skills: Advanced MS Excel skills (e.g., VLOOKUPs, pivot tables) and hands-on experience with accounting software.
- Analytical Skills: Strong quantitative skills and a keen attention to detail for financial analysis.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with management and other departments.
