We are hiring an experienced Senior Analog Design Engineer with strong expertise in analog circuit design, ADC selection, microcontroller integration, power supply design, and PCB layout. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing reliable, manufacturable, and cost-effective electronic hardware for commercial/industrial applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead analog circuit design activities including ADC selection, op-amp circuits, discrete components, and sensor interfaces.
  • Design, verify, and optimize circuits for AC signal measurement, SMPS, DC/DC converters, and LDOs.
  • Select suitable microcontrollers and utilize their peripherals effectively.
  • Perform PCB design with focus on EMI/EMC compliance and DFM/DFMA considerations.
  • Drive component selection for op-amps, transistors, power switches, diodes, and capacitors.
  • Conduct unit testing, schematic reviews, and ensure design robustness.
  • Support pilot builds and ensure timely closure of all design actions.
  • Use quality tools such as 8D, CAPA, FMECA, and Why-Why analysis to resolve issues.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, EMI/EMC, and product reliability standards.
  • Collaborate with Program Managers and cross-functional teams to meet project timelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field.
  • 618 years of hands-on experience in Analog Circuit Design and PCB Layout.
  • Strong experience with ADCs, op-amps, discrete components, and signal conditioning.
  • Expertise in SMPS, DC/DC converters, power supply design.
  • Knowledge of DFM/DFMA, reliability principles, and safety/EMI/EMC standards.
  • Experience with schematic capture and PCB tools (Altium/OrCAD/Allegro preferred).
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.
  • RF design experience is a plus.
