Key Responsibilities:

Software Testing:

  • Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on project requirements.
  • Perform manual and automated testing to identify bugs, issues, and usability concerns.
  • Collaborate with developers and product teams to ensure timely defect resolution.
  • Document test results and generate test reports.
  • Ensure software quality through rigorous testing techniques and methodologies.

Training:

  • Design and deliver training sessions and workshops on software testing tools, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Create training materials, manuals, and guides tailored to different audience levels
  • Mentor and support junior testers and new team members to enhance their skills.
  • Assess trainees' progress and provide constructive feedback for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Basic knowledge of software testing (manual; automation is a plus).
  • Good communication & presentation skills.
  • Degree in Computer Science / IT or related field.
