About the Role:

We are looking for an energetic and confident Developer Cum Trainer with strong skills in Python and Java, to join our team. This role involves not only developing and explaining final year projects but also visiting colleges to engage with students directly. The ideal candidate will be a fresh graduate with a bold attitude, excellent communication skills, and a passion for mentoring students through hands-on project guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and understand final year project solutions using Python and Java.
  • Visit colleges and interact with students to explain project concepts clearly and effectively.
  • Provide in-person training, demonstrations, and hands-on sessions on project development.
  • Guide students through project phases, troubleshoot issues, and offer technical support.
  • Collaborate with academic institutions to coordinate project schedules and deliverables.
  • Prepare and present project progress reports and feedback to management.
  • Act as a confident and approachable liaison between the company and academic partners.
  • Continuously update knowledge of current technology trends and educational needs.
  • Balance project development work with on-site training and student interactions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Fresh graduate with BE/B.Tech or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related fields.
  • Strong programming skills in Python and Java.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with a bold, confident attitude.
  • Willingness to travel frequently and engage with students in various colleges.
  • Passion for teaching and mentoring, with patience and clarity in explanations.
  • Basic understanding of software development life cycle and project management.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Friendly, professional demeanor with the ability to build rapport quickly.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Internship or project experience in Python and Java.
  • Prior experience in conducting workshops, training, or student engagement activities.
  • Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and development tools.
  • Knowledge of database systems and web development is a plus.
