Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Technical Trainer with 1–5 years of experience to deliver high-quality training sessions across a range of IT subjects. As a trainer at Elysium Academy, you will play a critical role in educating, mentoring, and inspiring students to achieve certifications and build successful careers in the tech industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct training sessions for students in areas such as:
  • Programming Languages (Java, Python, C/C++)
  • Web Development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, etc.)
  • Networking & Security (CCNA, Ethical Hacking, etc.)
  • Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure – depending on skill set)
  • Database Management (SQL, MySQL, MongoDB)
  • Prepare training materials, course content, lab exercises, and assessments.
  • Mentor and guide students during live projects, assignments, and exams.
  • Stay updated on current industry trends, tools, and technologies.
  • Provide individual support and doubt-clearing sessions when required.
  • Conduct mock interviews and support placement efforts with technical guidance.
  • Gather feedback and continuously improve training delivery and materials.
  • Coordinate with the academic team to ensure course objectives are met.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
  • 1–5 years of experience in technical training or relevant technical role.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in both English and Tamil (preferred).
  • Proficient in one or more domains such as programming, networking, cloud, or cybersecurity.
  • Ability to manage classrooms and engage learners at different skill levels.
  • Familiarity with online training tools, LMS platforms, and virtual labs.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications such as:
  • Microsoft Certified (Azure, MTA, etc.)
  • Cisco Certified (CCNA)
  • AWS Certified Solutions Architect / Practitioner
  • Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH)
  • Prior experience working with training institutes or EdTech companies.
  • Passion for teaching and mentoring young talent.
