Digital Marketing Executive

About the Role

At College Guru, we are redefining the way students pursue their academic and career goals. We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to support our digital initiatives, enhance online presence, and contribute to our brand visibility. Your efforts will directly support student engagement, lead generation, and overall digital growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Digital Marketing Activities
  • Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns
  • Support brand awareness, engagement, and lead-generation activities
  • Monitor and report campaign performance regularly

Social Media Management

  • Create, schedule, and manage content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice and engage with followers
  • Handle daily posting, comments, messages, and engagement activities

YouTube & Video Coordination

  • Assist in YouTube uploads, live sessions, webinars, and student-oriented content
  • Support in optimizing videos using basic YouTube SEO techniques
  • Conduct keyword and trend research for video content

Paid Ads Support

  • Assist in running campaigns using Facebook Ads Manager, Meta Ads, and Google Ads
  • Track performance and help improve ad effectiveness
  • Prepare basic ad performance summaries

Content & Creative Support

  • Coordinate with content writers, graphic designers, and video editors
  • Help develop creative ideas for digital campaigns
  • Ensure brand consistency across all creatives

Trend Monitoring & Reporting

  • Stay updated with basic digital marketing trends, tools, and platform updates
  • Support in preparing weekly/monthly digital performance reports
  • Suggest creative ideas to improve online reach

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field
  • 0–1 year of experience in digital marketing or related areas (freshers may apply)
  • Basic knowledge of social media marketing and YouTube operations
  • Familiarity with Meta Ads / Google Ads is an added advantage
  • Basic skills in Canva or Photoshop preferred
  • Strong communication skills in Malayalam and English
  • Creative, organized, and willing to learn
  • Interest in the education sector is a plus

Salary

  • Up to ₹25,000 per month (based on skills and experience)
