Key Responsibilities

  • Set up and maintain workstations, computers, and peripheral devices (printers, routers, etc.).
  • Install, configure, and update software and applications according to company requirements.
  • Develop and maintain local networks to ensure optimal connectivity and performance.
  • Monitor system security and ensure data privacy and protection measures are implemented.
  • Provide technical support, guidance, and orientation to users on new software and IT systems.
  • Assist in troubleshooting hardware and software issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of configurations, system updates, and technical support activities.
