**4. Qualifications requirement**ITI or Diploma or B. Tech in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Maintenance, or a related field.

**5. Experience needed**For B. Tech minimum 2 years, for Diploma minimum 4 years and for ITIs minimum 5 years of experience in Electrical work, House wiring, or technical training.

Strong knowledge of Electrical safety standards, tools, wiring diagrams, and troubleshooting.

**6. Job Description**:GMR Varanasi Centre for Empowerment & Livelihoods is seeking a dedicated and skilled Basic Electrical & House Wiring Trainer to train and mentor youth (Aged 18-30) from underprivileged backgrounds. The trainer will be responsible for equipping students with the following
- He/she will be the trainer for interactive training sessions on basic electrical concepts, house wiring, circuit installation, CCTV, Solar equipment, motor winding, and safety procedures.
- Develop course materials, practical exercises, and assessments to enhance learning.
- Provide career guidance, resume-building support, and interview preparation for trainees.
- Conduct assessments and monitor student progress through evaluations and feedback sessions.
- Coordinate with local businesses and organizations for guest lectures, exposure visits, and placement opportunities.
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate relevant insights into training modules.
- Maintain records of attendance, assessments, and training effectiveness for reporting purposes.
- Also, he/ she will be responsible for PMKVY scheme related works at center level.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
