Job Title - Salesforce Developer

Location - Remote

Summary:

Seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Health Cloud Developer for a contract role. This is a critical role requiring expertise in Health Cloud and DevOps practices. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of successful Health Cloud implementations.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain custom solutions within the Salesforce Health Cloud platform.
  • Design, develop, and implement integrations between Health Cloud and other systems.
  • Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
  • Collaborate with other developers and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Participate in sprint planning and daily stand-up meetings.
  • Adhere to established development standards and best practices.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience developing with Salesforce Health Cloud.
  • Advanced knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
  • Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools (e.g., Jenkins, Git).
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce APIs and integration techniques.
  • Proven ability to design and implement complex solutions.
  • Experience working in an Agile development environment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with MuleSoft or other integration platforms.
  • Experience with HIPAA compliance and security best practices.
  • Experience with other Salesforce clouds (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud).
  • Experience with testing and deployment automation.
  • Certification(s) related to Salesforce Health Cloud development.
