Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare Travel Itineraries & Quotations for Holiday enquiries
  • Making flight and hotel quotations by checking rates on GDS like Travelport and Online BedBanks like HotelBeds, GRN, etc.
  • Lead and mentor a team of junior holiday operations personnel, fostering a collaborative work environment and promoting professional development.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, promptly and accurately addressing inquiries and concerns.
  • Maintain product-based margin and profitability requirements
  • Maintain strong working relationships with vendors, such as hotels, airlines, and local partners.
  • Maintain client information and financial records
  • Remain updated with tourism trends

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in holiday operations or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering travel experiences for customers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Experience handling customer escalations and resolving complex issues.
  • Proficiency in travel booking systems and software (e.g., GDS).
  • In-depth knowledge of travel destinations, attractions, and activities (a plus).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • Passion for travel and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
