Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Advanced Excel Specialist with 2–3 years of professional experience in managing, analyzing, and visualizing complex datasets. If you can turn raw numbers into actionable insights — and have exposure to AI tools or automation — you'll thrive in this role.

Key Responsibilities

Build, maintain, and optimize complex Excel workbooks using advanced formulas (VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, XLOOKUP, etc.), PivotTables, Power Query, and Power Pivot

Develop and automate data dashboards for real-time insights and reporting

Analyze large datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and actionable insights

Integrate AI-powered tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Power BI AI visuals, or Python-based scripts) to enhance data processing and visualization

Collaborate with leadership to provide data-backed recommendations for strategic decisions

Maintain data accuracy and integrity through meticulous data cleaning and validation processes

Requirements

2–3 years of strong experience in Advanced Excel and data analytics

Proficiency in formulas, macros, VBA, and Excel-based automation

Familiarity with AI-powered analytics tools or data processing methods is a plus

Strong understanding of data structures, KPIs, and reporting best practices

Ability to work with large datasets and ensure data quality

Excellent problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset
