Who are we?

Aamras Collective is a creative agency that specializes in 0–1 projects with marketing campaigns, branding, and 3D being the cornerstones of our work. A typical month at Aamras involves shooting a brand film for a large FMCG giant, a brand book being created for a first-time founder building in the mental health space, writing creative briefs for branded content involving an influencer who's popping off on social, a cool product animation video that drives numbers for perf. What's on offer?

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Creative Associate based in Bengaluru, typically suited for someone with 0–2 years of experience in advertising, copywriting, or social content. You'll be working across campaigns, social media, and branded content, turning insights into ideas and ideas into things that people notice.

You'll be scripting short-format content, helping shape campaign narratives, building social calendars, writing copy that sounds like the internet (not a brochure), and collaborating closely with design teams to bring creative ideas to life. The job sits at the intersection of copy, marketing, and creative direction, ideal for someone who thinks concept-first and loves making culture-led work.

It's fast-paced, collaborative, and deeply hands-on. You'll see your ideas move from Figma notes to live campaigns, quickly.

What do we expect of you?

  • Strong creative and conceptual thinking, you know how to turn a spark into an idea that fits a brand and an audience.
  • A clear grasp of copywriting across formats, short, long, social, digital, and video scripts.
  • Awareness of Indian and global culture, trends, and internet language, and how they can be used smartly in branded storytelling.
  • An understanding of how marketing works online, what makes people click, save, or share.
  • Comfort working across social content, campaign decks, and brand narratives.
  • Comfortable working with design, visuals, and collaboration with creative teams.
  • A bias toward clarity, boldness, and execution, we value people who get things done, not just discussed.
  • Taste and instinct matter more than degrees.
