Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Representative role, located in Sillod. The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and connecting with potential clients, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales goals for AWL's comprehensive product portfolio. The role will involve regular visits to assigned territories, executing sales plans, analyzing market trends, and providing feedback to the management team to improve offerings and customer satisfaction. Coordination with distributors and retailers to ensure the availability and visibility of products will also be a key responsibility.
Qualifications
- Proven sales skills in business development, client acquisition, and customer relationship management
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop sales strategies to achieve targets
- Proficiency in communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Knowledge of FMCG or related industries and supply chain operations
- Capability to work on-site in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and handle multiple responsibilities
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; experience in sales is an added advantage
