Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and monitor daily order dispatch activities.
  • Verify orders, ensure correct packaging, labeling, and documentation before shipment.
  • Coordinate with delivery partners and transport teams for timely pickups and deliveries.
  • Update shipment status in the Amazon system / portal (FMS, WMS, etc.).
  • Handle shipment tracking, issue resolution, and escalations related to delays or damages.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards during loading and dispatch.
  • Maintain records of daily dispatch reports, manifests, and transportation logs.
  • Monitor vehicle schedules, route planning, and dispatch efficiency.
  • Communicate with warehouse and customer service teams regarding order status and exceptions.
  • Support inventory reconciliation and ensure minimal errors in dispatch processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: Graduate in any stream (preferred: B.Com, BBA, or Logistics Management).
  • Experience: 1–3 years in logistics, dispatch, or warehouse operations (Amazon or e-commerce experience preferred).
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and dispatch/warehouse software (WMS, SAP, or similar).
  • Good understanding of logistics workflows and last-mile delivery.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environments and rotational shifts.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
