Role & responsibilities

Lead end-to-end development of ICE engine components (Proprietary, Castings, etc.) OR

EV components aligned with business goals.

- Lead part development for critical EV systems: Battery Pack (Cell, BMS, Cooling Plate etc), Motor Systems (Stator, Rotor, Housing, Gear, Inverter, PCBA), DHT.

- Ensure APQP and PPAP compliance for all new parts and engineering changes.

- Drive prototype build, validation, and sign-off for production readiness.

- Own PFMEA, PFD, and Control Plan creation for robust processes

Collaborate across design, sourcing, quality & manufacturing

Drive supplier readiness, tooling, and robust process controls

Deliver on time, cost & performance targets through innovation and teamwork

BE/B Tech Mechanical / Mechatronics background

1420 years in ICE Engine development & supplier management

Expertise in APQP, PPAP & process excellence
