Role Summary:

We are seeking a strategic and creative
Marketing Manager
to lead the brand's marketing and communication efforts across digital, retail, and experiential platforms. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in
healthcare, wellness, or FMCG marketing
, with strong proficiency in brand strategy, content development, digital campaigns, and cross-platform integration.

This role requires a proactive professional capable of blending creativity with analytical thinking to drive visibility, engagement, and growth across Age Well's diverse verticals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Brand Strategy & Positioning

• Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies aligned with the company's vision and goals.
• Strengthen brand identity and ensure consistent messaging across all verticals — nutraceutical products, mobile applications, and the living centre.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer insights.

2. Digital & Performance Marketing

• Oversee digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, and influencer channels.
• Optimize ROI through effective targeting, content strategy, and analytics.
• Collaborate with creative and media partners to ensure impactful storytelling and engagement.

3. Product Marketing

• Plan and execute product launches and promotional campaigns for nutraceutical and supplement lines.
• Develop product communication, packaging concepts, and visual content with the creative team.
• Work closely with sales and distribution to align marketing strategies with revenue goals.

4. PR, Events & Partnerships

• Build relationships with health and wellness communities, media outlets, and influencers.
• Coordinate events, workshops, and wellness programs at the
  Age Well Living Centre
  .
• Partner with medical professionals, nutritionists, and institutions to promote brand credibility.

5. Team & Performance Management

• Lead and guide the marketing team to ensure timely execution of campaigns.
• Track KPIs, campaign performance, and marketing budgets effectively.
• Present marketing performance reports to management with actionable insights.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Communications.
• Minimum
  3–5 years of experience
  in marketing, preferably in
  nutraceuticals, wellness, or FMCG industries
  .
• Proven experience in digital marketing, brand management, and product campaigns.
• Strong communication, creative, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in tools such as Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and marketing analytics platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and lead cross-functional teams.
• Passion for health, wellness, and sustainable living is highly desirable.
