Job Description:
We're looking for a female Telecaller to join our team in Pune. As a Telecaller, you'll be responsible for:
- Contacting potential customers: Reach out to potential clients via phone to introduce our insurance products and services.
- Generating leads: Identify potential customers and generate leads for our insurance products.
- Providing customer support: Answer customer queries, provide information, and resolve concerns.
- Meeting sales targets: Meet sales targets and performance expectations.
Requirements:
- Female candidates preferred: We're looking for female candidates with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in insurance sales.
- Prior experience: Prior experience in telesales or customer service is an advantage, but fresh graduates can also apply.
- Education: Graduate in any discipline.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a team and meet targets.
