Responsibillities:

1. Student Recruitment & Outreach

  • Communicate with prospective students through phone calls, emails, messages, and in-person meetings.
  • Attend and represent the institution at education fairs, school visits, seminars, and other promotional events.
  • Build and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, and educational consultants.
  • Generate leads and follow up regularly to convert them into enrollments.

2. Counseling & Guidance

  • Provide accurate and detailed information about programs, courses, admission requirements, fees, and scholarships.
  • Assist students in understanding academic options and choosing suitable programs based on their interests and goals.
  • Guide students through entrance exams, eligibility criteria, and required documentation.

3. Admission Process Management

  • Assist applicants in completing admission forms and collecting necessary documents.
  • Review and verify application materials for accuracy and completeness.
  • Schedule and conduct interviews, entrance tests, or campus tours as required.
  • Ensure smooth coordination between students and academic departments.

4. Data Handling & Reporting

  • Maintain a database of inquiries, leads, applications, and admissions using CRM or ERP systems.
  • Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly reports on lead conversion, application status, and enrollment figures.
  • Track student progress through the entire admission cycle.

5. Communication & Follow-up

  • Follow up with prospective students and parents to keep them engaged throughout the admission process.
  • Address student queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Provide post-admission support, including orientation and onboarding.

6. Marketing & Promotion

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional campaigns.
  • Share feedback from prospective students to help improve marketing strategies and program offerings.
  • Use social media, email campaigns, and other digital tools to boost student engagement.

7. Compliance & Institutional Policies

  • Ensure all admissions are conducted in accordance with institutional policies and regulatory guidelines.
  • Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in handling student records.
  • Stay updated on academic program changes, admission deadlines, and scholarship opportunities.
